Carnea se toaca. <span style="background-color: white;">Morcovul si cartoful se rad si apoi se scurg bine de zeama. </span><span style="background-color: white;">Se piseaza usturoiul si se toaca marunt verdeata. </span><span style="background-color: white;">Se amesteca apoi toate ingredientele.</span><br />

Se dau prin razatoare cartoful, morcovul, se toaca ceapa si patrunjelul si se amesteca intr-un bol cu carnea tocata, ouale, faina si sare.
Pentru modelare se vor umezi mainile cu apa.
Se prajesc in ulei incins, pe ambele parti.<br />

Se pune uleiul si ceapa verde intr- o cratita si se incinge. Separat se amesteca intr-un vas bulionul cu apa si cu condimentele, dupa care se toarna in cratita cu ulei. Cand incepe sa fiarba se va amesteca cateva minute, dupa care se adauga faina treptat amestecand continuu pana ce sosul se ingroasa putin. Mod de preparare:<br />

Carnea tocata se amesteca cu sarea ,piperul , patrunjelul verde, ouale si cartofii rasi fin. Compozitia obtinuta se imparte in bucati si se modeleaza chiftele de forma rotunda, folosind faina. Se rumenesc in ulei.
Sosul se prepara astfel: ceapa, morcovii, telina si patrunjelul radacina se curata, spala se taie in bucati mici se inabusa in ulei cu 100 ml de apa. Se adauga faina, pasta de tomate , sare, otet, foi de dafin si apa fiarta.
